The Programs
WeTrainHotels.com has created a variety of cutting edge programs that build on the basic knowledge of your frontline teams. It is recommended that the participant has at least 4 weeks experience before taking our programs. The exception is the Housekeeping Training Program which is meant for the beginner.
Cost of Programs
Platinum Subscription
Cost: $500.00* plus $20.00 per program per participant.
This subscription gives the property unfettered access to all programs on the site.
Choose the Platinum Subscription.
Gold Subscription
Cost: $50.00* per program per participant.
This subscription gives the property access to one program at a time.
*plus applicable taxes (G.S.T. 6%)
Administration
Available only to Platinum Subscribers.
The site allows the Program Leader to access information about their students. You will be able to observe the number of modules they have completed. In addition, you can access their the students test results so that you can measure their understanding of the program material.
Leader's (Program Champion's) Guide
A Leader's Guide has been created for each program. The Leader's Guide provides:
- A complete description of the modules and the process
- Instructions on how to navigate the program
- Instructions on how to set-up individual students
- Instructions on how to review student responses
- A complete checklist to training success
- A discussion on empowerment
- A discussion on coaching the student
- Understanding the value of the program
- Material necessary to complete the Participant's Guide
- Additional material to support the program
- How to keep the program and the motivation going
Participant's Guide
A Participant's Guide has been created for each program. The Participant's Guide provides:
- A description of the program process
- Instructions on how to navigate the program
- Additional material to support the program
Program Support Pak
This is a MS Word Document of forms and information which can be used to support the program.
Module FAQs
This is additional support material available when most modules are running. This material is relevant to the specific module being shown. There are no FAQ sheets accompanying the Diamond Edge Housekeeping Training Program.
Graduation Certificate
A handsome, personalized, Graduation Certificate will me mailed to the participant at the property upon the successful completion of the individual program. This will take between two to four weeks to arrive.
